Internship - F&B Attendant

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities to support the daily operation in Food & Beverage Service. That placement will start in Q1 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

Key Accountabilities

One opportunity in one of the outlets or rotation may apply among:  Felix, Gaddi's, Spring Moon*, The Lobby, The Verandah

• Deliver a seamless and personalized guest experience in alignment with The Peninsula Service Principles. 
• Master the flow of service across all meal periods, from pre-arrival to post-dining interactions
• Develop a refined understanding of our culinary offerings, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and presentation
• Provide thoughtful recommendations to enhance the guest dining experience
• Handle service tools and equipment with care and precision
• Transform guest preferences into meaningful moments of recognition and hospitality
• Monitor and maintain the ambiance and condition of the restaurant, contributing ideas for enhancement where appropriate

General Requirements

• The Peninsula Hong Kong is open to international applicants for the internship opportunities

• Fluent in spoken and written English (*Chinese proficiency required for Spring Moon)

• Pleasant, courteous, and fun personality

• Passionate about luxury hospitality and guest service
