Internship - Concierge

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities to support the daily operation in Front Office - Concierge. That placement will start in Q1 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist guests with tailored arrangements, including transportation, dining reservations (ensuring availability and preferences), cultural activities, wellness services, childcare, and more.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure every guest has a personalised itinerary and a smooth, well-planned stay.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the hotel’s offerings and local attractions such as theatre, exhibitions, concerts, sporting events, and sightseeing tours, while building strong relationships with external partners.
• Support service functions, including restaurant bookings, ticket procurement, courier services, and other guest requests.
• Monitor and report guest feedback, contributing to service recovery efforts that exceed expectations and align with Peninsula Service Principles.
• Collaborate with the Concierge team to brainstorm and develop new ideas for unique guest experiences. 

General Requirements:

• The Peninsula Hong Kong is open to international applicants for the internship opportunities
• Fluent in both spoken and written English; proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage
• Pleasant, courteous, and fun personality
• Passionate about luxury hospitality and guest service
