Key Accountabilities:
- Welcomes guests in a friendly and pleasant manner
- Processes guest arrivals and departures by providing prompt and courteous service
- Provides efficient and personalized service to guests, and caters to any special requests
- Ensures the highest degree of guest satisfaction which is well reflected in Forbes, LQA and The Peninsula Service Principles
General Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' experience in the hospitality industry
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and PMS software
- Excellent customer interaction skills
- Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
- Overnight duty will be required
