Engineering Manager

Key Accountabilities:

• Execute the planned capital or maintenance projects
• Monitor and supervise outside contractors’ work
• Provide technical input for all projects work within our property
• Coordinate the operation of the Engineering Department
• Prepare monthly reports, charts and data
• Liaise with internal users for hotel operations and execution of all kinds of repair & maintenance works

General Requirements:

• Holds a diploma or certificate in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Good command in Cantonese and English is required
• A minimum of five years of engineering experience, two of which were in a supervisory role
• Strong communication skills, good leadership, self motivated & problem solving skill
• Good computer proficiency in MS Office
