Key Accountabilities:
Ensures quality of all food production according to recipes
Minimizes and utilizes all waste products to keep costs in line
Ensures proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials
Reports any maintenance issues to outlet Chef
Maintains workplace safety by adhering to all relevant health and safety requirements
General Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience with international luxury hotel background
Good command in Cantonese and English are required
Basic knowledge in checking quality of raw materials and food production
