Chef de Partie - Pastry

Business Unit:  The Peninsula Hong Kong
Location:  Hong Kong SAR

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all food is produced to the highest standard of freshness and taste
  • Follows and enforces all recipes and standards for food production
  • Conducts daily checks of quality of produced items
  • Applies flexibility and creativity to meet customer needs
  • Maintains workplace safety by adhering to all relevant health and safety requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience with international luxury hotel background in pastry
  • Good command in Cantonese and English are required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
