Baggage & Transportation Supervisor

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist in overseeing the daily operation of the Baggage & Transportation team. 
• Coordinate guest transfers, luggage handling, and transportation arrangements.
• Ensure smooth operations across Airport, Forecourt, Driver, and Baggage teams.
• Support manpower planning, roster management, training, and team development.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve service issues professionally.

General Requirement:

• Diploma holder, preferably in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
• Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in hotel operations or guest services.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Shiji knowledge is an advantage.
