Assistant Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:

• Reports to Director of Revenue Management and involves in strategic planning to maximize hotel revenue
• Analyzes historical data and observes the continuous performance for both transient and group activities to identify the market demand and revenue opportunities
• Compiles reports, shares the findings and suggests improvement plan to capture and maximize market share
• Performs rate loading and manages room inventory in all channels
• Monitors all distribution channels, reservations, and revenue system to ensure the pricing and restrictions are correctly built
• Be the deputy of the department during the absence of Director of Revenue Management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with at least 2 years in similar capacity
• Proficiency in Microsoft offices, distribution and revenue management systems
• Excellent command on English, Chinese and Mandarin
