Aqua Aerobics Instructor

The Peninsula Chicago is seeking a part-time Aqua Aerobics Instructor to join our Spa & Welnness team and be an integral part of our guest-focused service.

• Work for a luxury Five-Star Five-Diamond property in the heart of Michigan Avenue, Chicago.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide aqua aerobics instructions to guests based on guest needs.
• Knowledgeable and fully adheres to both Peninsula and Forbes standards.
• Maintain consistency in performance in accordance with both Peninsula and Forbes standards.
• Communicate with Spa team to create a guest centric experience.
• Be in full compliance with safety guidelines.
• Ensure efficient operation of the Spa responsibilities with efficient handover.

General Requirements:

• 2 years of aqua aerobics instructing experience in luxury property ideal.
• Knowledge of proper use and handling of chemicals ideal and preferred.
• Ability to deal with a high level of work demand and pressure, individual must have great organization skills.
• Ability to communicate with guest using English language.
