Senior IT Helpdesk Technician
Working alongside the Director of IT at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Senior IT Helpdesk Technician who will be responsible for providing exceptional support to hotel staff and ensuring seamless operations of IT systems across all departments.

Key Accountabilities
• Serve as a Tier 2/3 support for all IT helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution with minimal disruption to operations.
• Provide expert support for desktops, laptops, POS systems, mobile devices, printers, AV equipment, and hospitality software (e.g. Daylight PMS, Infrasys, Saflok).
• Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
General Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT support, in hospitality or luxury service environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and common hotel applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays, as required.
