Housekeeping - Room Attendant

Working alongside the Housekeeping Management team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Room Attendant who possesses great attention to detail with a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure a luxury hospitality experience.
• Be helpful to the guests in a courteous manner at all times, and inform Supervisor or Housekeeping Management of any requests. 
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team and other departments to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.

General Requirements

• Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Must fulfill performance standards of this position and comply with policies, rules, and procedures of the hotel
