F&B Manager - Room Service

Business Unit:  The Peninsula Beverly Hills
Location:  Beverly Hills

Working alongside key members of the Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager (Assistant Manager level) who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.  This Assistant Manager level position will be primarily located in the In-Room Dining Department.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Day to day operational duties in full-service restaurant.  
  • Must maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards.

 

 

General Requirements

 

  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of hotel features and benefits
  • Possess a sound knowledge of food and beverage with a basic understanding of restaurant management policies and execution of standards
  • Organization skills including time management and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
