F&B Manager - Roof Garden

Business Unit:  The Peninsula Beverly Hills
Location:  Beverly Hills

Working alongside key members of the Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Food and Beverage Manager who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.  This Assistant Manager level position will be primarily located in the Roof Garden Restaurant.

Key Accountabilities

 

 

  • Ensures the highest quality product reaches our guests and meets exacting standards.
  • Conducts daily shift meetings.
  • Assists with motivating, developing, coaching, and counseling team members to ensure the proper level of service is being provided to guests.
  • Visits all tables during every guest’s meal to ensure guest satisfaction and consistent customer service.
  • Assists with opening and closing responsibilities and assigning duties to team members; including overseeing dining room set up/break down and conducting a walk-through of the outlet.
  • Ensures that all productivity and quality standards are maintained.

 

 

General Requirements

 

 

  • Previous food service experience with the ability to perform multiple jobs within the restaurant.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is required.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Food Hander and Responsible Beverage Certification.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends & holidays.
