Cafeteria Cook
Working alongside the Kitchen Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Cafeteria Cook who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and replenishing essential items in the employee cafeteria.

Key Accountabilities
- Preparing and cooking food in large quantities, ensuring food is prepared safely, efficiently, and according to Chef menu recipes and nutritional guidelines.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes upholding the safety and cleanliness according to the Stewarding Manager.
- Maintains a clean and organized Cafeteria space and food storage areas.
- Monitor inventory and notify supervisor when supplies are low or need ordering.
- Support other kitchen staff and assist with setup and breakdown as needed.
General Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with hotel staff, team members and managers.
- Knowledge of using kitchen equipment and understanding of recipes cards
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, hygiene, and storage.
- Must be fully flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and during all peak periods.
- Must have an active Food Handler's Certificate.
