Working alongside key members of the Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Part-Time AM Bartender for the Club Bar who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Provides exceptional service for all guests and work to build relationships with returning guests.
  • Makes suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences.
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages to include liquors and wines as well as knowledge of proper cocktail preparation techniques.

 

 

General Requirements

 

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a 5-Star or luxury environment as a Bartender.
  • Availability to work mornings, Full Time.
  • Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Certification.
  • Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information.
  • Flexible schedule and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
  • Level one Sommelier certification or Mixology degree a plus
