Pastry Chef de Partie
Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, we are seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to ensure the pastry quality and create great guest experience.

Key accountabilities
• Manage daily pastry kitchen operations, including the production and quality control of pastries and desserts.
• Develop new items and update menus regularly in accordance with hotel standards.
• Control food costs, manage inventory and maintain pastry equipment properly.
• Implement pastry kitchen hygiene and safety standards to comply with food safety regulations.
General requirements
• Solid pastry skills with the ability to make various pastries and desserts independently.
• Familiar with pastry equipment operation and food safety regulations.
• Good cost control awareness and product innovation ability.
• Meticulous, responsible, with good communication and coordination skills.
