Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, we are seeking Management Trainee in Rooms to ensure high quality serivce standard.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Rotate through all front office divisions to gain comprehensive operational knowledge.
  • Assist in the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and personalized experience for all guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Assist the Front Office management team with daily administrative tasks, including reporting, billing, and cashiering procedures.
  • Act as a duty manager under supervision, learning to handle escalated guest situations and manage the front desk during shifts.
  • Understand and adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
