Guest Relations Executive

Key accountabilities

•  Provide full-range VIP greetings, escort and in-stay personalized services to uphold hotel brand image

•  Maintain VIP profiles, prepare relevant reports and attend training and meetings

•  Coordinate with all departments to complete pre-arrival VIP arrangements
•  Resolve guest feedback promptly with records to guarantee satisfaction
•  Assist in staff appearance management, deliver on-the-job training and safety standards

General requirements

•     Passionate about luxury hospitality with solid stress resilience

•     Proficient in both Chinese and English with clear and appropriate communication

•     Strong service awareness and team collaboration spirit.
