Key accountabilities

 

  • Assist manager in overseeing front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Resolve guest complaints and emergencies to maintain hotel reputation and guest experience
  • Conduct departmental training and ensure compliance with hotel policies
  • Maintain work logs, complete work handovers, and report incidents in a timely manner

 

 

General requirements

 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in hotel front office
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with good guest service awareness
  • Excellent service attitude and team collaboration spirit
  • Passion for luxury hotel industry with good ability to work under pressure
