Key accountabilities
• Complete daily siu mei work to ensure smooth kitchen operation.
• Keep neat appearance and proper personal hygiene.
• Abide by all food hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist in developing new dishes and revising menus.
General requirements
• Over 3 years of chef experience in hotels.
• Skilled in traditional Chinese cooking techniques.
• Good communication, coordination and execution skills.
