Internship (Management level) - Rooms

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our team. This role will be responsible for activities to support the daily operation in luxury hotel for a minimum of 6 months.

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Gain hands-on experience in managing daily operations of the rooms division, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services, to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and smooth operational flow.
  • Learn and implement best practices to enhance guest experience, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high standards of luxury and service excellence.
  • Work closely with various departments to coordinate and streamline services, ensuring effective communication and a cohesive approach to guest service
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing room occupancy, guest feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhanced performance.
  • Gain experience in resolving complex guest issues and complaints, applying critical thinking and creative solutions to uphold the hotel’s reputation for excellence.
  • Take part in special projects and initiatives related to rooms division operations, such as guest satisfaction surveys, or sustainability programs.

 

General Requirements

 

  • Ideally a current undergraduate pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Possesses a pleasant personality, is highly customer-oriented, and demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Package: Intern allowance THB35,000 per month, Meal, Uniform, and Group insurance
