Internship (Management level) - Food and Beverage
We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our team. This role will be responsible for activities to support the daily operation in luxury hotel for a minimum of 6 months.

Key Accountabilities
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, and event services, to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality dining experiences.
- Learn and apply best practices in food and beverage service to exceed guest expectations, focusing on attention to detail, personalized service, and timely execution.
- Collaborate with F&B staff to provide effective training, motivation, and support, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high standards of performance.
- Enhance guest satisfaction through proactive engagement, addressing feedback and complaints with a focus on resolution and continuous improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and catering services, ensuring a seamless experience from conception to completion.
- Take part in special projects and initiatives related to F&B operations, such as identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance overall F&B performance.
General Requirements
- Ideally a current undergraduate pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Possesses a pleasant personality, is highly customer-oriented, and demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Package: Intern allowance THB35,000 per month, Meal, Uniform, and Group insurance
