Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain clear product roadmaps, activity calendars, and milestone plans aligned with the annual strategy, ensuring progress toward best-in-class digital and e-commerce initiatives
  • Identify market trends and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Plan, allocate, and optimize marketing investments effectively
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Manage and continuously enhance the organization’s website in accordance with industry best practices
  • Provide strategic direction for social media communications, leveraging a broad and innovative mix of digital platforms in line with brand guidelines, budget, and company objectives
  • Ensure all social media content (copy and visuals) is current, engaging, and optimized for performance
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of social media platforms and explore opportunities on emerging channels such as Snapchat and TikTok
  • Drive growth in followers and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hotel Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
  • Proven ability to conduct research on market trends, benchmarks, and audience preferences
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
