Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain clear product roadmaps, activity calendars, and milestone plans aligned with the annual strategy, ensuring progress toward best-in-class digital and e-commerce initiatives
- Identify market trends and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Plan, allocate, and optimize marketing investments effectively
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage and continuously enhance the organization’s website in accordance with industry best practices
- Provide strategic direction for social media communications, leveraging a broad and innovative mix of digital platforms in line with brand guidelines, budget, and company objectives
- Ensure all social media content (copy and visuals) is current, engaging, and optimized for performance
- Evaluate the effectiveness of social media platforms and explore opportunities on emerging channels such as Snapchat and TikTok
- Drive growth in followers and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hotel Management or a related field
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
- Proven ability to conduct research on market trends, benchmarks, and audience preferences
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
