Key Responsibilities

  • Manage OTA marketing, advertising, and performance optimization across key online travel platforms.
  • Drive revenue through local e-commerce channels and third-party digital platforms.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising and paid media campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and reports.
  • Manage website content, SEO, and digital guest experience to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Execute social media campaigns, audience targeting, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Support email marketing and CRM campaigns, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Oversee digital platforms, marketing tools, tracking systems, and emerging technologies.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hotel Management or a related field
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role
  • Proven ability to conduct research on market trends, benchmarks, and audience preferences
  • Fluent in both Thai and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
