Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute all menu items in accordance with established recipes, ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation standards
  • Assist the Sous Chef in developing innovative menu items for regular offerings and special occasions
  • Provide training and ongoing support to the kitchen team

 

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
  • Relevant professional culinary qualifications
  • Good command of English communication skills
