Tram Operations Host
Working alongside a wonderful team in The Peak Complex, we are seeking a Tram Operations Host to support our Tram Operations Team.
- Provide memorable Peak Tram experience to customer
- Develop yourself in a sustainable and dynamic service industry

Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure all aspects of operational safety be rendered to passengers, including crowd control
- Provide customer services to passengers according to the company standard
- Responsible for selling Peak Tram ticket
General Requirements:
- Form 5 graduate or above
- Good command of Cantonese, basic communication skills of English and Mandarin
