Tram Operations Host
Working alongside a wonderful team in The Peak Complex, we are seeking a Tram Operations Host to support our Tram Operations Team.

Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure all aspects of operational safety are rendered to passengers, including crowd control
- Provide exceptional customer service and drive operational efficiency
- Provide courteous and prompt responses to passenger inquiries and complaints
- Manage The Peak Tram and The Peak Tower ticket sales and maintain accurate waybill records
General Requirements:
- Secondary school graduate or above
- Good command of Cantonese, basic communication skills of English and Mandarin
- People-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Mature and responsible, good team player and self-motivated
