Learning and Talent Development Manager
Working alongside a wonderful team in The Peak Complex, we are seeking a Learning and Talent Development Manager to support our People and Culture Team.
- Work with a collaborative team to craft learning and talent development strategies and activities
- Cultivates talent to maximise skillset and be ready for local and global opportunities

Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver training and implement operation’s learning and talent development strategies to deliver high-performing, engaged and highly motivated work force to drive the group’s culture, learning and talent strategies and operation’s business goals.
- Responsible for the management and facilitation of the learning and talent development programme and ensure completion of global and local compliance programmes.
- Drive a robust departmental training culture to ensure employees are competent in their roles, through developing departmental trainers and holding regular departmental trainers’ meetings.
- Support the talent development programmes to prepare talents for success in local and global opportunities, through coordinating talent engagement activities and training.
General Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in Learning and Talent Development with Bachelor in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or related discipline with 5 years supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels, a self-starter and strong team player.
- Detail-minded and good analytical skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
