Director of Security & Operational Risk
Working alongside a wonderful team in The Peak Complex, we are seeking a Director of Security & Operational Risk to support our Security & Operational Risk Team.

Key Accountabilities:
- Formulate and implement security, safety and risk management strategies to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, local regulations, and business continuity.
- Lead the Security & Operational Risk team of The Peak Complex to ensure the team perform in line with the pre-set standards at the highest level. Motivate security team by providing a positive, empowering and productive work environment. Provide training and mentoring in order to enhance effectiveness.
- Provide all necessary directions, advice and manage security and safety standards including routine operational procedures and emergencies, and ensure risk management and loss prevention programmes are in place with follow up actions and preventive measures. Drive process for improvement, incident reporting, traffic management and other enhancement purposes.
- Lead the team to handle crisis and manage emergency situations effectively. Drive investigations of all security and safety incidents and accidents, and report findings and recommendations to management in a timely manner. Act as the key person for crisis management and contingency planning. Responsible for crisis manual management.
- Lead health and safety initiatives and projects. Responsible for an effective health and safety management system encompassing all operations, including fire drills, safety audits & ISO certificates, etc.
General Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Security & Operational Risk with Bachelor in Management or related discipline with 5 years or above in leading a team.
- Experience in managing both Grade A commercial properties and shopping mall, and tourist attraction are an advantage.
- Strong leadership ability and good people management skills. Self-motivated, good reasoning and decision-making ability
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem solver
- Excellent command of spoken and written English with good command in Cantonese and Putonghua preferred.
