Internship at the Club

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our The Club team. This role will be responsible for activities to support the daily operation in The Club. That placement will start in Q1 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting and waiting on all guests.
• Handle complaints about service breakdowns from the residents.
• Assist with handling all enquiries relating to service breakdown or improvement projects from the residents.
• Observe and maintain the daily condition of facilities in a safe and presentable condition.
• Assist with the preparation of all the relevant promotion material, posters, flyers and leaflets.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of planned maintenance work and upgrading projects. 

General Requirements

• Ideally a current undergraduate pursuing a degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Possesses a pleasant personality, is highly customer-oriented, and demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua and other language would be an asset
• Package: HK$7,000 per month, Meal, Uniform, complimentary Shuttle Bus Service
