Health and Hygiene Manager

Business Unit:  The Repulse Bay
Location:  Hong Kong SAR

The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Hygiene Manager to support the daily operation of the Security & Operational Risk Department.

  • Lead and uphold hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards across all operational areas
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, corporate, and HACCP-related requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote a strong culture of hygiene excellence

Key Accountabilities  

  • Establish, implement, and maintain hygiene and food safety systems (including HACCP) to ensure regulatory and corporate compliance
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits across operations; identify gaps and ensure consistent adherence to hygiene standards
  • Lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring timely resolution and effectiveness through follow-up reviews
  • Oversee critical food safety controls, including temperature monitoring, sanitation programs, chemical handling, and pest management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to manage food safety risks and strengthen hygiene practices across operations

General requirements 

  • Degree or Diploma in Food Safety, Environmental Health, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in hygiene, food safety, or quality assurance, preferably in hospitality or F&B operations
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and audit practices
  • Good communication, stakeholder management, and training skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset
