The Repulse Bay is seeking for an Engineer / Assistant Engineer to support the daily operation of the Engineering Department
- Monitor the work of in-house Technicians and/or external Contractors
- Work in a premier residential and shopping landmark in Hong Kong's southside

Key accountabilities
- Supervise the in-house technician team (MEP and Builders team)
- Oversee repair, and maintenance works, renovation works and/or MEP related works in residential and commercial buildings
- Liaise with external contractors, consultants, government authorities and/or other work related internal and/or external parties
- Manage projects independently
General requirements
- Diploma, Certificate, or other academic qualification from VTC or IVE or equivalent in Building Studies, Building Services, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Building Surveying, Building Technology, Construction Management, Building Engineering and Management, or a related discipline
- Relevant practical working experience, preferably in property maintenance for prestigious residential buildings or hotels
- Knowledge of best practices in facility management
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
