Assistant Chief Steward

The Repulse Bay is seeking for a Assistant Chief Steward to support the daily operation of the Food & Beverage department.

• Lead end-to-end stewarding operations across all F&B outlets and back-of-house areas
• Maintain top hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards

Key Accountabilities 

• Lead and manage overall stewarding operations to ensure smooth and efficient F&B support. 
• Maintain top standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance across all areas. 
• Supervise, develop, and manage stewarding team performance and manpower planning. 
• Oversee resources, inspections, and cost control to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement. 

General requirements 

• Preferable with 5 years relevant experience 
• F.5 level or equivalent education and qualification
• Shift duty is required
