Key Accountabilities

Promote Spices as a recognized culinary destination by creating memorable guest experiences through craftsmanship, customer communication, and an uncompromising passion for excellence.

Make recommendations to the Executive Chef on activities, promotions, and menus, and implement them in line with annual marketing plans.

Manage food production and ensure all dishes consistently meet expected quality standards.

Assist with cost control and reduce food waste.

Ensure adherence to HACCP standards, maintaining personnel, physical, and environmental hygiene; supervise daily grooming of departmental employees.

Develop, motivate, supervise, and coach departmental staff to foster a culture aligned with our mission, vision, values, and core HSH principles.
General Requirements

Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience gained from a luxury hotel or similar establishment, with Southeast Asian cuisine exposure.

Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations and production skills.

Strong experience in menu planning and cost control.

Knowledge of HACCP systems and ISO 22000 is an advantage.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Innovative, open-minded, and proactive.

Good command of spoken and written English.
