Estate Officer

Working alongside a wonderful team in The Peak Complex, we are seeking a new team of Estate Supervisor to support our Estate Management Team.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure efficient property management and maintain high service standards

• Manage multiple properties and contractors, ensuring a safe environment for tenants and visitors

Key Accountabilities :

• Handle property management matters for the Peak Tower, St. John’s Building, and the Lugard Road Office to ensure all locations are clean, comfortable, and safe for its tenants, visitors, employees, contractors and suppliers.

• Manage the handover and takeover of premises between tenants while delivering exceptional customer service and effectively addressing any tenant complaints.

• Supervise daily property management services and building operations of The Peak Complex and ensure compliance of company policies and objectives.

• Handle daily administrative tasks, which include preparing circulars, letters, purchase orders, tender documents, training materials, and more.

• Assist in managing traffic flow at The Peak Complex, with special attention given to peak seasons.

• Monitor the performance of contractors including cleaners and gardeners.
   

General Requirements:

• At least 2 years of Property Management and related working experience

• A certificate in Property Management or above is preferred

• Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is preferred

• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Estate Officer
