Manager, Transform Project (18-month contract)

We are looking for a Manager, Transform Project (18-month contract) to drive full business transformation project lifecycle and deliver the project outcome as per the approved requirements, budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of transformation projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring disciplined governance, documentation, and delivery of expected outcomes.
  • Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic transformation projects that enhance business performance, processes, and organisational capabilities as per leadership’s expectations.
  • Work closely with leadership and functional heads to ensure all transformation activities support broader business goals and long term growth priorities.
  • Conduct assessments of existing workflows, systems, and organisational structures to highlight inefficiencies and recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Design improved processes, organisational structures, and technology workflows that support the desired transformation outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships across departments, facilitate collaboration, and support teams through change via communication, training, and readiness activities.
  • Track milestones, manage risks and issues proactively, and ensure the project stays on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Use metrics, KPIs, and analytics to measure transformation impact, evaluate benefits realisation, and guide continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and prepare its related materials as requested in the forms of presentation deck, reporting, setting up dashboard or whatever means suitable.
  • Oversee the integration of new processes or technologies into operations and ensure teams are equipped for long-term adoption and success.
  • Anticipate potential project risks, issues, and dependencies early; develop mitigation plans; and implement preventive actions to minimise disruption to transformation outcomes.

 

 

 

Job Requirements

 

 

  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience, with at least 4 years in project in-charge
  • Solid experience in managing business transformation project is a must; experience in retail industry will be an advantage
  • Degree holder in any disciplines. PMP or related project management qualifications is preferred.
  • Excellent skills in analytical, presentation and people skills
  • Exceptional commend in both written and oral English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • Proficient in MS Office and related project management tools
