Manager, Finance

We are looking for a Manager, Finance with solid hands-on working experience and knowledge to enhance operation efficiently. Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance, you are responsible for overseeing comprehensive accounting functions and ensure the business fully complies with internal governance frameworks.

Key Accountabilities: 

• Manage full set of accounting duties independently under tight deadlines, including month-end and year-end closing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, tax schedules, and other ad-hoc assignments
• Prepare and submit regular reports, such as weekly reports, cash flow forecasts, and any other reports required by statutory regulations and Group policies
• Collaborate with all departments to continuously improve workflows and ensure full compliance with finance-related statutory requirements and Group policies
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors by developing, implementing, and maintaining processes that meet Head Office standards
• Support and enhance the ERP system in collaboration with consultants, focusing on enterprise financial management functions
• Lead and develop the Accounting team, ensuring the team has the right capabilities to meet business needs and managing ongoing performance to maintain smooth operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant disciplines
• Professional qualification with HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent
• Minimum 12 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years at a managerial level
• Prior experience in retail or consumer product industries is preferred
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
• Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of SUN Accounting and Business Central is an advantage
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
