Boutique Supervisor

We are looking for a Boutique Supervisor (4-month contract, renewable) with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive, motivate and lead the team to deliver personalized shopping experience with customers. Reporting to Manager, Retail, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and achieving revenue target.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs to maximize business
• Embody Peninsula Service Principles and standard to reflect luxury brand image at all times
• Lead the team to deliver high quality of customer service, retain loyalty customer and build up customer database for clienteling
• Handle daily store operation, administration, management and maintain brand image
• Implement branding and marketing promotions
• Take care of the stock inventories in an organized way and ensure the figures according to the Company’s internal procedures
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in luxury retail industry
• Self-motivated and KPI driven, willing to aim higher and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, especially in MS Excel
• Immediate available is preferred
