Boutique Associate

Business Unit:  Peninsula Merchandising Limited
Location:  Hong Kong SAR

We are looking for a Boutique Associate to deliver a personalized shopping experience to customers. He/She will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of our Boutique and cultivating long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Understand customers’ needs and provide suggestions in a professional way 

  • Achieve sales targets in line with the company's strategy and use effective selling techniques to maximize the business potential of the store

  • Embody Peninsula Service Principles and standards to reflect the luxury brand image at all times

  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients via effective CRM initiatives

  • Participate in stock management and maintain the standard of the floor display area and merchandise

  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in the luxury retail industry

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques

  • Good command in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
