Director of Marketing
We are looking for a seasoned marketing leader to build and maintain The Peninsula Boutique brand proposition within the luxury market across all regions. Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will lead all marketing effort in all regions to celebrate The Peninsula Boutique heritage and drive business objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure brand integrity across all regions by driving brand policy and building resources including standard of procedures, contents, imagines etc.
- Formulate and execute marketing, digital marketing and e-commerce strategies and overseeing marketing campaigns rollout to contribute to the overall company business and financial objectives.
- Drive brand awareness through all marketing channels to build and maintain brand presence in all markets and ensure brand standards are met.
- Lead design team on all creative service matters and work closely with Product and Innovation and related teams to formulate product strategies.
- Lead and handle all public relation matters including but not limited to PR crisis management.
- Build and maintain professional relationship with agencies, vendors, press and influencers to support overall marketing & communications initiatives.
- Set and monitor budgets for all teams underneath as per the group’s guidelines and company’s objectives.
- Build resources to guide and support customer facing teams to craft customer journey celebrating The Peninsula heritage.
- Monitor and optimize the marketing performance and the related KPIs.
Requirements:
- Holder of bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business, communications or any other related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience gained in luxury retail or premium consumer goods, with at least 6 years in a functional head position with Greater China responsibility.
- Experience in confectionery or food retail is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of all marketing functions, including branding, public relations, e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, influencing, and communication skills.
- In-depth market knowledge in the luxury industry and strong business network.
- Strong command of both written and oral English. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
