Revenue Management and Channel Distribution Analys

Working alongside a professional team at the Group’s Corporate Head Office, we are seeking a Revenue Management and Channel Distribution Analyst to join the Sales & Marketing Department based in Hong Kong. This role will support the strategic coordination of revenue management reporting, analysis, processes, and procedures.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare and communicate various daily, weekly, monthly reports promptly for management’s review on all aspects of hotel group's revenue and market performances.
  • Provide regular updates of Hotels on the Books & Reservations Pace.
  • Responsible for Rate loading including, online booking link, promotion and package, rate descriptions, booking terms and conditions to all relevant distribution and booking channel.
  • Provide support for troubleshoot, coordinate with Revenue Management and Channel Distribution Manager, IT department, client and vendor on rate, availability and inventory disparity or connectivity issue.
  • Conduct market offer research to ensure competitiveness.
  • Conduct regular audit to ensure that Rate Parity is in compliance with standards
  • Assist in annual audit process for Revenue and Channel Distribution including user review of all Revenue systems
  • Participate in PMS, Channel connectivity, and ad hoc Revenue projects
  • Provide administrative support to the Revenue team

 

General requirements

  • University Degree in hospitality or related professional area
  • 1-2 years of working experience in revenue management and channel distribution field
  • Good knowledge of distribution channel and revenue management
  • Strong knowledge of spreadsheet software, database management, analytical tools such as PMS, PowerBI and Central Reservation System 
  • Good data analytical skill and problem solving mindset
  • Self-starter, highly organised and be a team player
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
