Intern, Internal Communications

Working alongside a professional team in the Group’s Head Office based in Hong Kong, we are seeking an Intern, Internal Communications to join the team. The role will provide hands-on support to the People Communications and Organisational Development team, contributing to global employee engagement initiatives, major internal events, and digital workplace projects. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration and the opportunity to take ownership of key workstreams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the planning and execution of global internal event, including the coordination of timelines, materials, stakeholders, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Act as a coordinator and lead specific workstreams for a cross-property intranet upgrade project, working closely with stakeholders across the region to track progress, consolidate feedback, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in content development for internal communications, including drafting articles, announcements, and employee stories on internal platforms.
  • Provide creative design support, including the creation of posters, visual assets, and communication templates in line with company brand guidelines.
  • Support video production and editing, including basic filming, editing, and formatting for internal communication campaigns and leadership messaging.
  • Assist the Organisational Development team on ongoing initiatives, including preparation of materials, coordination of activities, and administrative support for programmes and projects.

 

General Requirements

  • Current University student or a recent graduate
  • Available for a full-time internship from July to September 2026
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong writing and editing skills
  • Creative mindset with a good design eye, with the ability to produce visually engaging materials
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
  • Basic skills in video editing (e.g. Premiere Pro, iMovie or similar)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment
