Corporate Internship - Operations Planning and Sup
We are seeking a Corporate Intern to join the Operations Planning and Support Department at the Group’s Corporate Head Office in Hong Kong. Working alongside a dynamic and professional team, this internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operational planning and support within a prestigious hospitality group. As an intern, you will contribute to cross-functional initiatives, performance tracking, administrative coordination, and the delivery of high-impact projects across the Group.

Key Accountabilities
- Support project tracking across Rooms, Spa, F&B, Engineering, and Procurement functions.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support operational performance reviews.
- Update dashboards and templates used for performance and milestone tracking.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and planning materials for senior leadership.
- Coordinate logistics and follow-up actions for cross-departmental meetings and workshops.
- Maintain and organise documentation related to operational planning and project execution.
- Participate in research and benchmarking for new development initiatives.
- Contribute to SOP development and process improvement initiatives.
- Shadow senior team members to observe strategic decision-making and governance practices.
General requirements
- Undergraduate student in Hospitality or Business Administration.
- Passionate about luxury hospitality and corporate operations.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.
- Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with dashboards or project tracking tools is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English with strong written and presentation skills.
- Package: HK$8,000 per month
