Director, Corporate Strategy

The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels (owner and operator of The Peninsula Hotels, The Repulse Bay and other high-profile assets) is seeking to hire a Director, Corporate Strategy to lead initiatives regarding the development and implementation of key corporate strategies that will support growth, corporate analysis and transformation.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead comprehensive critical analysis to support and include organizational growth.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends and provide actionable recommendations to C-Suite leaders.
• Implement advanced models to facilitate strategic business planning and informed decision-making.
• Identify key areas for improvement and develop robust plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.
• Partner with key stakeholders to cascade corporate initiatives and ensure internal alignment on key project.

General Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree holder in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business consulting, strategy development, and analysis is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in business consulting, strategy development, and analysis.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, people management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent command of English.
