Management Trainee, Revenue Management - 2024
We are excited to offer students and alumni opportunities that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our Corporate Office’s Revenue Management Team based in Hong Kong. This management trainee placement will commence in Q1 2024 for a duration of 1 year. This role will have opportunity to support the strategic coordination of revenue management reporting, analysis, processes, and procedures.

Key Accountabilities
- Assist in compiling revenue data to support revenue management and channel distribution activities
- Provide support to revenue closing processes on reporting and consolidated accounting reports
- Assist in Rate loading process including online booking link, promotion and package, rate descriptions, booking terms and conditions to all relevant distribution and booking channels
- Provide support in Revenue Management and Channel Distribution’s standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct audits in all pertinent different market channels, research market trends and competitor activity to support revenue strategy
- Provide support to PMS, Channel connectivity, and Revenue projects
- Assist in system configuration settings
General requirements
- University students in year two or above in Hotel Management, Tourism and hospitality or related professional
- Hotel operations experience and basic knowledge of distribution channel and revenue management is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset and team-oriented
- Great sense of organisation and attention to details
- Fluent English
- Be passionate for luxury hospitality
