Regional IT Manager - Properties and Clubs

Business Unit:  Head Office
Location:  Hong Kong

Working alongside a professional team in the Group’s Corporate Head Office, we are seeking for a Regional IT Manager – Properties and Clubs to join the Information Technology Department.  This role will report to the Director, IT Operations and IT Technical Services on providing IT support for three clubs and overview three other operations to achieve the company’s objectives and lead the team to success.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and ensure the IT operations at Properties and Clubs align with the corporate standards
  • Formulate standards, seamless IT services and ensure effective utilisation of IT systems and resources by operations
  • Implement and maintain effective Disaster Recovery process for all critical applications and IT infrastructures
  • Liaise with Corporate IT team, IT vendors and relevant stakeholders for system upgrade and projects
  • Recommend IT strategies, policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends and anticipating requirements
  • Coordinate and facilitate annual IT review, provide response and follow-up to recommendations and implementation
  • Work closely with division and department heads to encourage the productive use of IT resources



General requirements

  • University Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Management Science 
  • Certificate or Diploma in networking, windows server administration, IT Security (Vulnerability Management, Windows, Desktop Management)
  • At least 6 years’ experience in IT infrastructure operations, IT service management, or IT business operations
  • Innovative and excellent leadership and communication ability with   systematic trouble shooting skill
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
