Chief Concierge

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Concierge to join our vibrant and diverse team 

• This role allowed you to utilize your market insights and relationship building skills to craft the unique, memorable experiences to the guests.
•  Ability to manage large team with diverse nationalities of team members.

Key Accountabilities 

• Responsible for providing information regarding both City and Peninsula Hotel attractions and points of interest by providing service including restaurant reservations, ticket purchasing and shipping.
• Wealth knowledge of city activities, i.e. theatre, the arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sporting events, leisure activities, sightseeing tours,
• Oversee and manage staffing levels and payroll expenses/overtime in accordance with budgetary guidelines and required service levels.
• Provide training to the team and lead by example to ensuring the Peninsula's service standard.
• Conduct interview during recruitment processes, provide proper performance evaluation of all members 

Requirements: 

• 5-8 years of experienced in Concierge operation from a luxury hospitality or relevant
• Extensive knowledge and resourceful knowledge of city activities, attraction, restaurants, leisure activities, sightseeing tours. 
• Fluency in both English and Japanese
• Strong people management and organization skills 
• Member of Les Clefs d'Or is an advantage
